Born in 1972, Giuseppina Rubinetti graduated in Law at University “La Sapienza” in Rome. She deals with bankruptcy law, both as advisor and as trustee in bankruptcy and judicial commissioner.

She collaborated with the University Chair of Commercial Law of prof. Michele Vietti . Moreover, she is a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the Italian Association of Private Hospitality and member of the bord of directors of Waste Italia Group SpA.

She was a member of the Study Commission for the reform of alternative justice instruments set up by Unioncamere and a member of the False Accounting Working Group set up by the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts. In carrying out her duties, she assisted the Commission for the reform established by the Minister of Justice Andrea Orlando.

She is also the vice president of “Fondazione Iniziativa Europea”.
