Degree in Economics and Business from Sapienza University and PhD in European Union Law and Economics from Sapienza. Master in Languages at Sapienza University and the University of Nice. Winner of a competition for official at the MEF, where he held various positions dealing with the supervision of public spending. Theappointment of the Minister of the  Treasury was a member of the board of statutory auditors of some agricultural consortia. Subsequently, upon appointment by the Minister of Public Administration, he was a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Formez S.p.A. and Formez Italia S.p.A. Winner of a public competition in Consob, he is currently director and head of: “ConsumerRotation Office” and “Conciliation and Conciliation Office”.  “. He is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. He teaches economics at various Italian and foreign universities, both state and private. He is Vice-President, as well as Director of the Department of Political Science at the International University for Peace in Rome, delegation of UniPeace-O.N.U and of the Department of Economics of the “Free University of Switzerland” of Lugano and scientific director of the “Bocconi Business School”. E0 has been visiting professor at various international universities.  He is a member of various scientific committees of both private and public bodies, both Italian and foreign (Einaudi Foundation, Agency for the control and quality of the Municipality of Rome, as well as a member of the General Council of “Eurasian peoples’ assembly”,  and of the Senior Financial and Legal Advisory Board of “NEXT4 PRODUCTION SRL etc.). He was a consultant to the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for the protection of consumers and users of the XVIII legislature. Journalist, he  collaborates with various scientific journals and as a freelance with several newspapers and weeklies. There is a vast scientific publication on the themes of economics and finance.
