Andrea Bitetto, graduated in Law from the University of Trieste, PhD University of Trento in Comparative and European Legal Systems. Lawyer. Attended the Max Planck Institute for Comparative International and Private Law in Hamburg. Member of the editorial board of the magazine Contratti de il Sole 24 Ore. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Società Libera, for which he edited, between 2013 and 2015, the report on justice in the Rapporto sulle Liberalizzazioni in Italia. He has written for Critica Liberale, Europa. Correspondent from Italy for the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung für die Freiheit. Ordinary member of the Centro Luigi Einaudi in Turin. He writes in Nuovo Mondo Economico.
