Born in Milan in 1969, he fell in love with liberal thought in high school and enrolled in the Italian Liberal Party, covering all the stages of the youth movement (GLI – Italian Liberal Youth) up to that of National Secretary from 1992 to 1994.

He later joined Democrazia e Libertà-La Margherita and the Democratic Party, of which he is responsible for culture and tourism for Tuscany during the secretariat of Matteo Renzi and regional coordinator of the campaign for the Yes to the 2016 constitutional referendum.

Graduated in political science, after various experiences in the public sector – in the role of chief of staff for holders of government offices – and in the private sector in the area of communication and institutional relations, he is today Public Affairs Manager of a pharmaceutical company based in Tuscany.
