He was also Deputy-Secretary for Economic Policies in Confindustria from 1954 to 1970, and he had become General until 1976.He was the President of the industrial commission at the CNEL, representing private companies. He was advisor and member of the Executive committee of the ABI. He was Vice-President of the Italian Banking Institute, of Pirelli and of Montedison. He was President of Cotonificio cantoni and of gGemina, advisor for several financial companies, and Director of the “economic policy review”.He was president of the Luigi Einaudi Foundation for studies in politics, economics and for his Center of research and documentation.
