Born in Gallarate in 1997, after graduating from high school with a degree in Human Sciences, he is now a law student at the University of Milan. He is currently working on his thesis in Administrative Law of the European Union on the non-application of competition rules in the field of beach concessions and taxi transport.

Politically engaged since high school, he founded and has been coordinating Yourope, a liberal and pro-Europeanist youth association, since 2021. His commitment to public affairs has led him for years to work on graphic projects and manage social profiles of civic lists, territorial party groups and political associations.
