Jurist, administrative lawyer in the Higher Court, and academic researcher at the Smart City Observatory of Bocconi University in Milan. He is Chief Legal Officer of Meridiana Italia, too. His legal research focuses, also in a philosophical way, on urban law strategy, the environment and climate, energy transition, inequalities and differences in terms of cohesion and city policies, of digital humanities, transgenerational responsibilities, European structural funds, public contracts, as well as right and conflict between law and jurisprudence with reference to public administration. For over 20 years, he has also carried out an intense editorial activity, both as an editor and as an ideation and editorial director for some well-known Italian publishers. In this capacity he has collaborated and still collaborates with the most accredited and recognized academics of the Italian legal-economic and philosophical context.
