Manfredi Palmeri

Born in Palermo on 10 January 1974, to a Milanese mother and Sicilian father, I have lived in Milan since 1993. With my partner I have two daughters, both born in Milan, who are growing up together with their three brothers (and our two dogs).

I am an employee of a private service company and previously also carried out management consultancy activities. I followed the UCLF 2016 – UEFA Champions League Final 2016 Milan project as Project Leader – Stadium.

I have been a member of several Boards of Directors, both in the private and public sectors, and I was part of the Italian-Mongolian Chamber of Commerce.

I have been a City Councilor of Milan since 2001, currently President of the Institutional Affairs Commission, Metropolitan City, Municipality.

I was President of the Milan City Council from 2006 to 2011 and President of the Commission for Civic Merit (Ambrogini), of that for Honors at the Famedio and President of the Committee of Guarantors of the Garden of the Righteous of the World. I was present at 100% of the sessions and votes carried out during the mandate.

I was President of the Commission of Inquiry into EXPO 2015 and was part of the first delegation that presented the candidacy project to the BIE in Paris. I had previously been Vice President of the Sport and Youth Commission and Group Leader of the Council’s largest advisory group.

Within ANCI I was National Coordinator of the Conference of Municipal Councils of Italy, President of the National Culture Commission and member of the National Presidency Office.

I have been and am involved in associations that operate in the field of volunteering, social and cultural promotion.

I was Student Representative in Bocconi University bodies.

I am a member of the Mobility Commission of ACI Milan.

I am Regional Councilor of Lombardy in the XI Legislature.
