Roberto Einaudi was born in New York in 1938 (his father Mario prefer to emigrate to the United States rather than pledging allegiance to the Fascist Party). He comes back to Italy for good in 1962. Architect, he worked a lot in the Middle East, and now he is in charge of building restoration, urban archeology as well as in the capacity of project manager for museums and expositions.
He was President of the Luigi Einaudi Foundation of Rome from 2007 until 2011, and he was member of the Board of Administration of the Luigi Einaudi Foundation of Turin.
He founded and directed the Cornell University College of Architecture, Art and Planning in Rome. He is member of the Board of Administration of the Keats-Shelley Museum.
