Born in Locri (RC) on 09/10/1979. Civil Engineer specialising in Structural Design. Self-employed professional working mainly in the field of public works and technical consultancy on the subjects of Town Planning, Building, Inhibitory constraints insisting on buildings and areas, Building abuse, Pollution and Purification, Damaged and/or collapsed works, Land Defence works, Geotechnical and Structural works.

Engaged in professional political activity as Councillor of the Register of Engineers of Reggio Calabria from September 2009 to June 2022. Served as Coordinator of the Permanent Technical Commission ‘Civil Engineering – Structures’ from 2009 to 2017. Secretary of the Order for the four-year period 2014-2017. President of the Order for the five-year period 2017-2022. Member of the Presidential Committee of the Assembly of the Orders of Engineers of Italy since 27/10/2018 and until renewal in 2023. National Councillor of the National Council of Engineers since 07/12/2022 with responsibility for soil protection and hydrogeological risk, youth network, public works, observatory tenders and both.
